P365 D38: Job Search

I coming to the end of my tenure as a graduate student and of the things I'm doing this semester is applying for academic jobs. This picture shows the number of applications I need to get out before I leave on Tuesday. I have to admit it is somewhat challenging to condense your life to 1-2 pages, what you want to do with your future to 2-3, etc. Most of the academic jobs request an entire tree including a cover letter, a statement of teaching and research interests, a CV, samply syllabi, teaching evalutations, and writing samples. So you end sending out about 50 pages of material. Now my new printer is out of ink.
