Day 161 Spencer and the Big Pool (8/30/2008)

The other two kids were asleep this afternoon (Xavier wasn't feeling well and Cordy was out), so I took Spencer to the Outdoor Lawrence Aquatic Center for a playgroup with the parental KU grad student types. He really enjoys the water and playing although he is still a little nervous regarding deep water but is willing to try it. He was fascinated by the Olympics swimmers (according to him mom and grandma) and divers. I'm sure he will get over his fear in the near future but it was nice to have sometime alone with him.
